One pack contains 8 servings (recommended serving size is 125g Poundo Potato™ flakes), and is convenient either as family package or multiple use package for single person or smaller households.
Will the resulting product be soft or hard?
Lamb Weston Poundo Potato™ is very versatile and allows you to make your desired texture. By adding more water, the dough becomes thinner and softer. By adding more flakes, the dough becomes harder and thicker.

The goodness in the potatoes refers to the significant amount of vitamins, minerals and dietary fibers, naturally contained in potatoes. What is Poundo Potato™ made of?
92% dehydrated potatoes flakes (from white potatoes), 8% regular and modified potato starch (from Irish potatoes), a bit of curcuma (natural spice also called turmeric), some citric acid (acidity regulator) and sodium disulphite (color preservative) which helps to maintain the quality of the Poundo Potato™ during the shelf life.
